COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - Fry/Grill or prepare Gravy as per your choice.
• DEEP FRY METHOD
Heat oil for deep frying on medium flame.
Coat the Korean-marinated chicken lightly in cornflour (optional for extra crispiness).
Fry chicken on medium flame for 10–12 mins until crispy and golden.
Serve hot with spicy Korean sauce or sesame sprinkle.
• KOREAN-STYLE STICKY GRAVY
After frying marinated chicken, keep it aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add chopped garlic and saute for 10–20 seconds.
Add ketchup, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, a little honey/sugar, red chilli flakes & mix well.
Cook until sauce becomes thick and glossy. Add fried chicken into the sauce, mix until well coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds & spring onion. Serve with Fried rice, noodles or as a starter.
