COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - Fry/Grill or prepare Gravy as per your choice.
• FRY/GRILL METHOD
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan or preheat grill.
Cook Malai Makhmali marinated chicken on medium flame for 12–15 mins, turning occasionally, until soft and lightly golden.
Serve hot with mint chutney or as a starter.
• GRAVY PREPARATION
Shallow fry the marinated chicken till golden brown, keep aside.
In another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil/butter, add chopped onion (optional)& saute till golden.
Add cashew + cream paste (if using extra for gravy), saute for 1–2 mins.
Add a little water/milk, then add basic white masala: white pepper, garam masala, green chilli paste, salt, & cook till gravy turns creamy.
Add fried chicken pieces into the gravy, mix well & simmer for 5 mins.
Garnish with fresh cream & coriander. Serve with naan, roti, or rice.
