COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - Fry/Grill or prepare Gravy as per your choice.
• FRY/GRILL METHOD
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan or preheat grill/tandoor.
Cook marinated chicken on medium flame for 12–15 mins until golden brown.
For extra smoky flavour, briefly expose chicken to a burning charcoal placed in a small bowl inside the pan, drizzle oil over it & cover for 2 mins.
Serve hot with fries, salad, or dip.
• GRAVY PREPARATION
Shallow fry the marinated chicken till golden brown, keep aside.
In another pan, heat 1–2 tbsp oil, add garlic & saute for a few seconds.
Add ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, paprika/red chilli, black pepper & mix well.
Add a little water to adjust consistency & cook till sauce thickens.
Add fried chicken pieces to the sauce, mix & simmer for 3–5 mins.
For smoky aroma, use the charcoal smoking method for 1 minute.
Serve hot with naan, rumali roti, or rice.
